This is another one of our custom designs built in 2015.  Large great room concept with large glass doors & windows on both sides to take in the beautiful local views of very tall pine trees. The great room/kitchen space has tall ceilings at 17 feet high and includes a large interior vaulted ceiling with full span wood beam.  The house was built very well by the Contractor and is extremely well insulated to keep the house at a constant temperature during winter and summer.  The floors in the bathrooms are heated with controls on the wall for temperature and timers.  The house was designed to work with their sloping lot and around the beautiful existing pine tress and view of adjacent vineyard.  Designed for the man of the house is a lower Shop area with Polished concrete floor.  We designed an area in the Studio above the Shop for an elevator that will be installed at a later date.  The owners love gardening and installed underground water tanks to catch rain water during the winter to use for the gardens in the Spring and Summer.
